The Pella Fieldhouse and Athletic Development Center is an indoor sports complex designed for athletic training, recreational sporting events and non-sports related events. The facility was built in 2014 and it offers a wide range of athletic services and opportunities for youth and adults on a 17,000 square foot synthetic grass turf field with adequate seating for spectator viewing.

Our Leadership Team
Mark Blankespoor, Sports Director, DPT, Certified Business Coach, Owner
Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Dordt College in 1992; a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 1994; and post-professional DPT degree from Des Moines University in 2009. He has been a member of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association since 1992, serving as Legislative Chairperson, Treasurer, & Vice President.
Mark recently sold his Physical Therapy practice with 5 clinics after 15 years of ownership and now he spends his time consulting and coaching other health professionals how to live the trilogy of optimal health.
David Bush, Corporate Wellness Consultant & Peak Performance Coach
After succeeding as a former All-American collegiate athlete at the University of South Dakota and graduating with a degree in Mass Communication, David pursued a professional football career and landed a starting role with the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League in Des Moines, Iowa. He played four years of professional football and earned two trips to the World Championship game ('96 and '97 Arena Bowl). After football David became a partner and co-owner of a regional mortgage company with 18-production offices in and continued his success in management and business as a co-owner of the organization.
After losing close to 100 pounds, David now focuses his efforts on helping others live healthy, successful, and significant lives. David is a leader in the peak performance coaching industry and passionately leads the way in those who wish to succeed in life to gain more Focus, Balance and Direction through improved Health and Wellness.
